These terms are between you and Darshan Hegde, an individual based in India, who operates Screenoma. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Contact: drhegdedarshan@gmail.com.

The service

Screenoma searches literature sources for articles mentioning your products and possible adverse events, and uses AI to suggest whether each article may be a valid case report, with a reason.

Your responsibility

Screenoma is a tool to assist your team. AI output can be wrong. You remain responsible for your pharmacovigilance obligations, for reviewing results, and for any decisions or submissions to authorities.

Accounts

Keep your login secure and give accurate information. Only connect third-party database licences that you are entitled to use.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Usage limits for each plan apply.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep Screenoma running well, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or completeness of search results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Ending

You can stop using Screenoma at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
